Be Kobe's service is excellent. All the staff are friendly Chinese guys and girls. The airport pickup is efficient, and then you head directly to the store to pick up the car. Xiao Zheng was especially enthusiastic, introducing tourist attractions in Shirahama and offering some useful tips.
