I'll be back again!

If you don't have a return ticket, they say the order is invalid and won't refund your money or give you a car. They ask you to contact customer service for a refund, which has strict conditions involving other rental companies, and they charge you for the entire week if you're just a little late picking up the car. Everyone should avoid renting from this company in the future! Anyone who hasn't rented from them should be very cautious!

This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

I accepted the offer of a jeep and didn't realize how rough the suspension was. No fault of the staff, maybe a friendly warning would have been helpful.
