Car was great, fast service, but the customer service at the pickup lacked friendliness and warmth. Appreciate not being upsold.

A bit upset that we didn't get the car we booked or anything close to it. I needed a car with a secure trunk that locks so that we can store our luggage in there without worrying about someone breaking the window to steal our items.

The vehicle delivered was no comparison to what I wanted - They pushed an off the road jeep on us that we drove just down the block and it was the most horrible ride..We turned right around and they put us in a Kia Forte which was a lot better. It drove great and got good gas mileage

The process to pick it up was terrible nobody new anything I had to call several times, then coming back they told me 15 minutes for a shuttle I way 45 minutes plus.

Like: Didn't have to wait too long for the ride at the airport. The staff was very proficient and did not upsell anything. I had a great experience. Will choose them again.
