If it’s your first time renting a car in Thailand and you’re not fluent in English, I recommend using Flash Rent. Although it’s a bit more expensive, it’s more hassle-free with simpler procedures. During my previous rental experience with Flash Rent, their staff were at the counter even late at night, unlike this company that claims to operate 24 hours but had no one there when I arrived. I ended up getting help from a staff member at a neighboring rental company to get in touch.
