Very satisfied

The car I received was very old, covered in scratches and with a total mileage of 139,000 kilometers. I asked the rental company to change the car, but they refused. I reluctantly drove it on the road; fortunately, during the 4 days of rental, the car didn't break down, although the power was somewhat insufficient. The air conditioning worked well though. Overall, the service was mediocre. I suggest not using cars with a mileage of 140,000 kilometers for rental services anymore.

Return process was quick, but finding the location was difficult.

I got a free upgrade to a Mitsubishi SUV which was big, clean and comfy. The entire service and car was excellent!
