The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful; they upgraded our car directly. We got an almost brand-new car.

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and the vehicle was in excellent condition and very new.

The car was mysteriously hit, we reported it to the police and the insurance, but we were still charged. When we contacted the rental company, they brushed us off to after-sales, and the issue hasn't been resolved yet.

I paid for insurance and spent an entire precious travel day fixing the car. Returned the car in perfect condition, taking responsibility to ensure it could be rented out immediately without delays. Labor and materials are extremely expensive in New Zealand, with repair costs reaching 2500 RMB. Avis cars are also very expensive compared to others.
