The overall service was very satisfactory. The car we received was brand new. After completing the paperwork at the counter, follow the orange corridor to the innermost elevator and go down to level -1, where you'll see the Hertz sign. Almost all car pickups are here. Just find the sign of your rental company. The whole process was smooth, and there were no upsells. I checked the car carefully and took some photos.

The service attitude is quite good, and the condition of the provided vehicle was excellent.

Like: I was granted upgrade to Opel Astra SW. It was a new car (less than 10,000 km). Very good and spacious.
