Two things, it would have been helpful to know the shuttle to "routes" from the O'hare shuttle terminal said routes. we missed one since it said routes and not easy rents cars. Secondly tell folks to make sure to bring their car insurance info. the turn in sucked, you just want to be done and get to your plane, and we had to wait in line again.. for awhile.

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

Ended up with a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Only other choice was a Dodge Durango. We preferred to have a smaller vehicle for better gas mileage. The Jeep was “cool”, but buffeted a lot in the wind on the freeway. And it only got 19 mpg. Routes did compensate us with a half tank of free gas, as we complained and requested such upon accepting the car.
