The car rental process was very convenient and completed within minutes. Returning the car was simple, just drop the key inside.

The car provided was relatively new and had good performance.

We had to take a number and wait at the store, and the staff kept trying to sell us insurance even though we repeatedly told them that we had already purchased it. Eventually, the staff member seemed a bit unhappy.

A bit hard to find

The car I got given was an automatic (I asked for a manual) and the guy at the pick up point initially refused to change it (no other cars apparently). I had to cry (not that hard after a mad journey and faced with a long journey at 1am) to get it changed...suddenly there was a manual car.
