The car was in terrible condition, extremely old and rundown. It is far older than the claimed 2016 model—likely a decade or more old. It's absolutely not worth the rental price. While driving on the highway in the rain, the windshield wipers were rusty and broke apart as soon as I used them, making it impossible to see the road clearly. This car is unacceptable. Be cautious when renting here, as such poor-quality vehicles should not be offered for rental and cause trouble for customers.

Average. The gas station required by the store for refueling is very overpriced! Ended up spending an extra 200RM for no reason.
