Friendly and attentive service with detailed explanations of local traffic regulations.

The service attitude was great, and there were staff members who spoke Chinese. All the staff were very friendly.

Charge too much on little damage on car!

I was told everything was good when drop off. The car was examined carefully by the drop off staff and I was told all was good. Afterwards, received call stating the petrol was not full despite filling the petrol full and bar was full during the drop off process and charges extra for petrol. I don't have time to return to the drop off/argue as already boarding for my flight.
