Both pickup and drop-off were seamless. The car was in excellent condition with great power, which made it very effortless to drive on the hilly roads in Turkey.

The reserved car was unavailable upon arrival. Although we got an upgrade, there was not enough space for luggage, and we had to use the front seat for storage. It was not a good experience.

I picked up the car from the Izmir city center branch, no need to queue, and the staff was quite efficient. When we returned the car at Kayseri Airport, as soon as we entered the airport parking lot, the staff promptly approached us to check the vehicle and complete the paperwork. It only took a few minutes, I have to admire their efficiency.
