The rental location is just outside the arrivals hall. There was no line at the counter, and the car pick-up is nearby. Very convenient.

Alamo should be a cost-effective car rental company. This time it seemed like there were more people in line at Alamo compared to other companies. It was supposed to be a Ford Explorer or similar vehicle, but we got a Ford Edge instead. Although it seemed a bit smaller, it was still fine. It was a new car and more than enough for two adults and a child. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, right across from the Calgary airport terminal.

Alamo is on par with Enterprise, Hertz, and other companies with excellent service! The car was in good condition (new car), and the pick-up and return process was convenient.
