They find excuses to charge for insurance. Avoid this company at all costs. There was a tiny spot on the front windshield that was barely noticeable during pickup. The inspector pretended not to check the glass. Upon return, they immediately pointed out the tiny spot, claiming it might have been caused by a stone and demanded €875 for insurance. They even directly stated 'you have insurance.' This is truly a terrible company.
