Excellent service. The attitude was much better compared to when we called. Purchased full insurance. The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free.

The self-service is convenient, but I was charged an extra 10 euros at the end without explanation.

The service was excellent. You can still rent a car without a personal credit card if you purchase full insurance. In this case, domestic insurance can be considered optional. Remember to fill up the tank before returning the car; otherwise, a service fee will be charged.

The pickup location was extremely difficult to find. The second and third floors of the airport parking lot are not connected. I spent over an hour searching for the drop-off location, going in and out multiple times and incurring parking fees. Almost missed my flight because of this! The pickup process, however, was very smooth, the counter service was good, and getting the car was straightforward.

The record go staff at the car collection we’re so helpful and kind when I had a really difficult time managing to understand my booking from qeeq, went above and beyond to get me sorted.

The mention of “record go” on my qeeq booking email was SO SMALL and hard to find I spent the better part of an hour at the Avis desk trying to get them to help as I didn’t know where I was meant to get my car at all….I was looking for a QEEQ desk…finally googled and saw Avis mentioned and went there…they explained after digging through my email that it looked like my booking was with record go. Anyway. It all worked out in the end but it was NOT User friendly car collection process as the email was so convoluted.
