The pickup location wasn't crowded, virtually no waiting in line. After purchasing a full tank of fuel, they didn't try to upsell anything else. However, clearly buying a full tank wasn't cost-effective.

If you choose a budget car, they will aggressively try to upsell you. It's best to treat them like persistent salespeople and not like regular Canadians; otherwise, you'll regret it.

The car pick-up was quite good. They knew we had already purchased insurance and did not push us to buy more. However, during the drop-off, we were in a hurry to catch a flight and did not check carefully, resulting in an extra charge of around 10 Canadian dollars.
