1. The luggage capacity information provided during vehicle booking did not match the actual vehicle of the same class upon pickup. 2. The fees charged at pickup differed from what was displayed on the app, and on-site communication failed, ultimately requiring resolution through the rental platform. These two issues wasted an entire morning trying to coordinate, with no successful resolution.

Not bad. Renting a car requires waiting in line; staff efficiency is not particularly high (common issue). Returning the car is simple and quick.

There were no dedicated Thrifty staff for returns, at least none wearing the company uniform.

The staff had a good attitude! There was a line to get the car, and we didn't get to choose it ourselves in the parking lot; instead, they directly gave us the keys.
