Hertz provided excellent service. There was a staff member guiding us to pick up the car. Although the return was outside of business hours, an employee was already waiting in the parking lot. The whole process was very efficient, definitely worth using their service again.

The vehicle was relatively new, with about 10,000 kilometers on it. The process of picking up and returning the car was convenient.

Smooth process. The staff had already marked the areas with scratches on the car during pickup, very meticulous. Returning the car was also quick and efficient. They confirmed we didn’t cause any scratches, and the handover was completed in just a few minutes!
