The car pickup process was efficient with no upselling throughout. They just asked if insurance was needed, and after saying no, I could directly go to the parking lot to collect the car. The process here is quite flexible—you're given the keys and can inspect the car yourself. Since pre-existing scratches on the car are unavoidable, to prevent disputes, I followed QEEQ app's suggestion to take photos and upload them to the app. It's recommended to take close-ups and videos of any existing scratches, including the interior.

Car was not the one I wanted or near the similar one and they refused to help me about the car. They gave no option to us. I dont to rent from this office. Terrible employees. Even they move you another person and other person says that first person had to do it. Employees must be changed for better customer experience.
