I prefer avoiding complications, so I booked the basic insurance online and purchased full insurance on-site. If the car gets scratched in the parking lot, you don't have to worry since it's covered by the insurance. Returning the car was a bit tricky, as I had to circle around several times; the navigation was incorrect and I had to ask for directions. To find the return location, navigate to 'Arrival,' and you should see signs for 'Car Return,' or follow signs for 'rent-a-car.' Near the airport's arrival exit, there are fewer signs, so pay extra attention. If renting from an airport location, keep in mind that many lower-cost options might require a shuttle bus for pick-up.

Not bad. I didn't buy insurance in China, thinking it would be better to buy it locally. But the staff on site said that this is a 4*4 high-end model, and it cannot be covered by full insurance. This means that if the car has a major issue, we would have to pay 6000 euros.

The car was in very good condition. The pick up process was smooth. I was welcomed by a very friendly employee. I was offered an upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler at a very good price, which I accepted. Overall I am very satisfied with the rental.
