Picked up the car at the central train station branch. The paperwork was done on the first floor of a clean and tidy building. The pickup location is in a dedicated parking structure (turn left and walk approximately 5 minutes). Arrived at 8 AM, no queue, and was warmly received by a very nice German lady. Efficient and courteous.

The service was okay, but the car provided was not good.

The service is excellent. It's a good travel choice. The downtown pickup point is a bit far, but it's still easy to find. A must for the next Europe trip.

No one was there during pickup, so I couldn't check for scratches. There were additional charges compared to the booking price, and arguing with them was useless. The rented child seat was very worn out!
