“Generally, the rental experience is still good as services provided by Tamra is fast and clean.”
About tamra: 8.0 /10
Overall the service of Tamra is good. We didn't encounter any major difficulties during pick-up and drop-off of the car. However, GPS needs to be calibrated as it gave inaccurate info that leaded us wrong locations for a few occasions.

“Good”
About tamra: 8.0 /10
Actually it is not so convenient to collect and drop off the car outside from airport given the big luggage we have. Besides, it will be better to provide the driver with full tank of fuel when we collect the car as we do not know how much we need to fuel up before we return. I would say this policy was unfair to the driver.

“Value for money”
About tamra: 8.7 /10
At point of booking we noticed on booking confirmation that a deposit of USD500 - 3000 may be required. However it was not collected. The amount of the required deposit is above my expectation and we do not have sufficient fund for that.

“Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the service, really good value for money.”
About tamra: 9.7 /10
The car aircon was not very cold and at times the gas meter was not showing the petrol accurately. I enjoyed the Bluetooth and radio station as the equipment worked well.
About QEEQ: 10.0 /10
Would highly recommend the company although with a few inconvenient experience with the oil meter.

“Easyrentcars is really user-friendly and the booking process was seamless. We love the promo code!”
About tamra: 9.0 /10
Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.
About QEEQ: 10.0 /10
Love the platform and the promotion given as the price is more competitive compared to other platform.
