Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the service, really good value for money.

Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

Easy- fast to use and no issues so far!

My booking was supposed to be Model Guaranteed but they gave me an old Kia Ray (older than the one I booked with LOTTE months ago) instead of Chevrolet Spark. They didnt spend time to go through the GPS and car usage which LOTTE did when I rented previously.

The handing over and taking over process was very fast and the transaction is very transparent. The customer service was friendly and they are able to communicate in english.

The car was dirty and not cleaned properly. The windscreen wasn't cleaned properly and was difficult to see through at night. The car condition wasn't great - there were issues with the gear which didn't affect the drive however you could hear sounds when you were turning the steering wheel to the left. The wheel didn't have enough air either. It was a bit of a hassle having to take a shuttle bus from the airport to collect the car. Waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive, and waiting for other passengers took some time.
