Excelente servicio

The car provided was very different from the one I booked. When returning the car late at night, the staff tried to extort me by pointing to an old damage on the car and claiming I caused it, demanding compensation.

There was an insurance upsell, no Chinese service, the vehicle was relatively old and had minor body damage but it didn't affect usage. The most annoying part was the lack of central locking; every time I had to lock or unlock the car, I had to open and close all five doors. The wipers didn't clean properly.

The reservation has the wrong drop off location, they messed up the contract. They charge us the deposit and suddenly they decided they dont have a car eventhough the luggage was already in the car

America´s staff wanted to charged me $150 dollars for a small dent that was possible be done on the road. I declined to pay it.

I waited too long to get my car and people were rude
