The staff were very friendly, matching the characteristic of Thai people. The pickup and drop-off process was quick and didn’t delay our journey.

I did not realise it is hybrid car, though uses less fuel but trunk space was reduced. Prefer a normal Camry.

There were too many existing scratches that is impossible to go through during pickup process. The car need serious polishing which would buff out all the scratches to let the customer a fresh car to start with. Return was misleading where during pickup was told to return to where we pick up the car. But on the day of return, it's a different area.
