The pickup location wasn't crowded, virtually no waiting in line. After purchasing a full tank of fuel, they didn't try to upsell anything else. However, clearly buying a full tank wasn't cost-effective.
They overcharged during the return process, which was not great. However, QEEQ helped to resolve it quickly. Reminder to check the bill when returning the car.
There were various sales pitches and price increases. We booked a Cadillac but they insisted on giving us an Infiniti. Initially, it was $200, but I insisted on not taking it and they reduced it to $150. In the end, we were in a hurry and just accepted it. The car rental company was convenient and the procedures were simple.
