1. They aggressively pushed insurance, ignoring me when I declined. 2. After leaving the airport with my luggage, it took over ten minutes to reach the Car Rental location. Guests renting from other companies got their cars within around ten minutes, while we had to wait 50 minutes as the staff went out to get the car. No one attended to us during this wait, and if I hadn't asked or pressed, who knows how long we would have waited. Terrible service. I've rented cars in many places across Europe and America, and usually, it takes no more than 20 minutes to get the car. This company's service in Dubai was atrocious.
Extremely dissatisfied. The car model I booked was unavailable when I arrived, and they gave me a fake four-wheel drive instead of the real one I reserved.
They also aggressively pushed for additional insurance during the rental process, claiming that if I didn't buy it, I would need to pay a higher deposit.
