They didn't explain anything clearly during pickup. The car broke down halfway, and it took two hours to get a tow truck. It was very frustrating.

The service was inadequate. The car window was broken. I called and they said I could replace the car, but they made me go to two locations. When I got there, they said it couldn't be replaced and finally directed me to the airport location. The Chinese-speaking staff during the car replacement was nice, but the foreign staff had no expression and answered questions unenthusiastically.

Rented two cars, but when it was our turn at the store, the staff processed one car and then left us saying his shift was over! After unsuccessful negotiations, we had to switch to another staff member. We had reserved the car for 11 AM, but when we went to pick up the second car in the afternoon around 2 PM, it wasn't ready. They said it had just been returned and was being inspected! We had to wait for almost two hours with multiple promises of 'in half an hour' or 'in fifteen minutes.' It was very frustrating!
