HERTZ is fantastic! The process was simple and quick, with no upselling. During pickup, the staff even wiped down the car, though it was already quite clean. When returning the car, the staff checked the dashboard to ensure the fuel tank was full, inspected the spare tire under the trunk, and checked the car's exterior. That was it, very smooth.

OK. Except no facility to manage booking for amendment/extension. Had to do this analog style, by phoning Hertz. And this took 3 calls to affect.

Very satisfied, the car was handed over quickly.
