The car was pretty beat up. Supposedly an upgrade that I should not have agreed to. The car has so many dents and rattles. Worst rental car I have ever rented.

Staff were very helpful when picking up the car and very informative When we dropped the car off the staff offered to drive us to the terminal instead of having to wait for the bus as it was raining hard
