Many hidden issues: firstly, due to the domestic rental platform acting as a middleman, and secondly, neither the rental platform nor Avis could provide sufficient evidence for the so-called violations and violation management fees. Users are inexplicably charged on their credit cards! There is no way to complain or appeal!

Scam company! They charged me an extra day's rent for arriving an hour early. They silently added insurance without informing me. In the end, they charged an extra 200 Euros, which is over 2000 RMB!
