When we arrived at the counter to pick up the car, everything was prepared in advance. However, even though we had already prepaid for crossing the Czech border when renting, we were told at pick-up that it was not allowed. Alternatively, we could switch to a Toyota 7-seater, but we were not notified about this beforehand.
