The wait time was longer than expected as the shop is not at the terminal and the shuttle bus is slow (need to wait for a few parties to go in one go)

Would be good to be clear what’s in terminal and what’s not in terminal

Although the storefront is small, there are many staff members. Their English is very good and they can explain everything clearly. The infant seat rental felt like a perk, costing only 1100 yen for 9 days. Very considerate.

The counter staff was very helpful and even though they had limited english proficiency, there were printed instructions with pictures for us to go through. I appreciate that they provide some useful traffic rules which came in very handy for us first time drivers in Tokyo.
