Easy and quick

Vehicle was fine. However, the information for getting the shuttle bus from the airport to the pick up point was sparse and led to a delay. The information about shuttle service to the drop off was not detailed enough.

I didn't like Routes telling me damage to car before I accepted it, ie. dent listed as scratch. When I didn't agree and wanted the exact damages listed, counter staff got snippy.
