I chose this store because it was cheap, but had to wait a long time for the shuttle. The driving distance was over ten kilometers, and the return address was incorrect. I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee but never received that model. Instead, previous renters either got a minivan or, like us, a Toyota seven-seater, which was front-wheel drive. After three hours of negotiation, the store clearly said they didn't have any Jeep models. Observing the car returns and the parking lot confirmed there were no Jeeps. The manager lacked integrity. We just wanted a four-wheel-drive off-road vehicle, but they claimed no vehicles were available and asked us to come back tomorrow. However, several foreign customers after us received a Dodge.

Au départ l'agence m'a dit qu'ils n'avaient plus le type de véhicule demandé. Ils m'ont d'abord proposé la catégorie en dessous ce que j'ai refusé (je ne pouvais pas avec les deux enfants et les bagages) ils m'ont proposé un véhicule plus grand pour le même prix. Par contre attente très longue, mini guichet à côté de la réception d'un hôtel avec seulement une seule personne au comptoir, pour récupérer la voiture au début avec le changement j'ai du facilement attendre 1h45 ! 1h20 minimum avant mon tour au guichet !

Plate forme simple et rapide. Le price drop m'a bien prévenu de la baisse des prix et j'ai pu économiser 30 euros sur ma réservation de départ. L'explication du fonctionnement pourrait gagner en simplicité.

We did not wait for too long it was just the normal waiting time and very good service at the counter.

It was simple and smooth, really nice service with very good price.

Car had very cheap quality worn winter tires. I had snow fall 3 days in a row. Couldnt move the car. I call Discount to report this and asked to be refunded. Still no news from them. I had to abandon the car at the parking lot of my company and borrow colleagues cars to move around instead. All other cars around could move except this one. The car was towed back to discount as it couldnt move on snow conditions. Very bad experience.

Like: Car was great, 2018 low mileage with built in GPS. Returning the vehicle super fast and easy including personal shuttle back to the Montreal Airport.
Dislike: Waiting for the shuttle bus when we arrived at the airport. Waited almost an hour, as the first one was full and then waiting in line to rent our car.
