They claimed to have Chinese-speaking staff, but there were none. Also, no one was holding a sign for us at the airport on time. I had to run back and forth by myself for a long time.

ลงเครื่องมาหาจุดรับรถไม่เจอ ต้องไปถามกับประชาสัมพันธ์ถึงรู้ว่าต้องเดินไปจุดจอดรถ 10A หน้าอาคารผู้โดยสารในประเทศ ง่วงก็ง่วง ร้อนก็ร้อน เห็น ots กับอีกยี่ห้อนึงมารับถึงในอาคารระหว่างประเทศแล้วนอยด์ ไปถึงร้านเช่าก็คุยกันไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง ภาษาอังกฤษเค้าฟังไม่รู้เรื่อง ต้องเสียค่าประกันเพิ่มอีก 8,100 เยนสำหรับ 5 วัน แถมเก้าอี้เด็กที่จองไว้ก็เก่าและมอมแมมมากรวมทั้งภายในรถด้วยทั้งๆที่รถยังใหม่ ตอนจองจองนิสสัน note แต่จัดโตโยต้า vitz ซึ่งคันเล็กกว่าให้ เกือบใส่กระเป๋าไม่พอ
