Even we have the full insurance coverage bought along with the booking, we have to pay the claim for the damage on the front wind shield glass. It was damage was caused by an unknown foreign object hitting on the top right corner of the front glass wind shield. The vehicle was a bit "old", with a lot of minor scratches all over the car body when we did the pick-up inspection.

Not easy to locate the rental car pick-up point. Waited for more than 30 mins to get the car. Although lucky to get a brand new car, it is lack of power. New to pay extract for returning the car out of its nornal office hour. The staffs were late in the early morning when need to return the car making us rushing to airport to catch the flight.

The car given to me was better and spacious than I expected. The only fallback is I was required to add gasoline at a specified gas station. I would suggest that it let's us free to choose gas station as long as it is within 30 minutes before returning the car.

It is better to add option in the apps to allow pickup and return car at different location. Currently it only exists in web version.

“Cheaper than other”

Staff were nice but the car was very dirty you can see stain everywhere which it can easily remove by wet tissue. So I suggested them to clean before releasing to next customer. Pick up are for international flights may confuse to customer as we’re not sure that we get/the right direction to pick up the car.
