Never ever again ... over two hours for the pick up process ... ridiculous

Car was a VW Touran that fit 7 people without luggage. The car had 87,000 kms on it with scratches & multiple dents all over it with a fog light out. It was due for an oil change. The windshield had cracks in it. The pick up experience was awful. We were basically told the online policy to cover the excess damage was worthless. Tyres & glass was not covered, nor was roof damage. They tried to rent us a truck that held 5 with more luggage room. The whole pick up experience was an intimidation & bullying process, which seems to be the norm in Ireland. The same woman who rented the car to us, refused to make eye contact with us upon are return.

The car was ok. The pick up was dreadful and slow. The service at the puck up was so slow. I would advise that the cheap price is not worth it. Very vigorous selling of insurance that was factually incorrect

Like: Excellent car condition, friendly staff, clear instructions, especially returning staff very friendly
Dislike: Easirent should hold fuel deposit as charging to credit card incurred exchange rate loss for customer
