Aucar's airport location is very small, and the insurance deductible is very high. The staff are not familiar with their own vehicles. After we took the car, they asked us to return for a re-check. I would not choose this company again.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

A little bit of confusion on the pick up location (in part due to the strange airport pick-up kerb layout), other than that the whole process went smoothly. For anyone that speaks Chinese, they have staff whole speak Mandarin.

Exceed my expectation.

Like: I thought I was gonna be charged additional costs in renting the car. I was dubious with these sort of online bookings, to the extent that I booked with another company for another road trip just in case this one didn't go well. To my surprise, everything went really well and processes were quick, efficient and hassle-free. Highly recommended, very cheap and affordable.
