When I returned the car, I was charged for several optional insurance services without my knowledge, and the amount was deducted a few days after the return. The reception service was very slow because the elderly staff kept chatting with my friend, taking half an hour to complete the process. Upstairs, it took quite some time to find someone for the car keys. Returning the car was much quicker, just a quick scan and we were done. However, I discovered later that an unexplained charge of over $250 had been made!
