Rep didn’t speak English. Car had no washer fluid and was not very clean on the inside.

When I came to Erufacar They did not have the car I ordered -Hyundai i20, So they gave me a Nissan micra that is similar to Hyundai i10. that was Terrible Because There was not enough room for people or bags. Except for the weak engine he had. Thank you

This was the worst rental car agency I have ever used. Never again! It took them 2 h to give a car! Uncettable! Did that reason we got to Masada 15 m to late to be able to enter so we could not see it! They had significant effected my vacation by being extrinely inefficient!
