Arrived late the car was canceled. I call the day before and told that I was delayed

I had to stand in line 45 min to pick up the car. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, and seemed uncaring about people standing in line. One of the staff took his break, made personal phone call and ate while 10 people stood in line. Rude, very poor service at pick up counter.

The location was further and having to take 2 shuttles burdensome. Otherwise great.

minor car issues (door lock problem, jittery wipers, dirty seats), insufficient lighting on the lot to examine car conditions at late evening pick-up, slow-ish service at pick-up, excellent service at drop-off, good shuttle service, great value for money, satisfied with the rental, will rent from Fox again

Easy booking, price protector saved us a lot of money

Waited over one hour and a half to get car.

It was great will use again.

The lady at counter was expecting us to agree with her extras even after we denied. Still tried sneaking in a insurance package after telling her we had insurance covered by our personal insurance company. Produced insurance proof. Make sure you ask knowing the charge before you insert your credit card! They will make you look like your stupid at every angle.
