Been renting cars for 14 years and this was the worst!

I had to stand in line 45 min to pick up the car. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, and seemed uncaring about people standing in line. One of the staff took his break, made personal phone call and ate while 10 people stood in line. Rude, very poor service at pick up counter.

The manager was rude and after waiting over a hour. Told me the car was canceled. But they had a car for 100 more. I notified them a time before about being late they told me I had 24 hoursk

Took the car back and waited in the hot sun for about 45 minutes for the mechanic to fix the key fob. He fixed it temporarily and the back cover and battery fell out of the fob, broken key fob. Wouldn’t rent from Fox again.

Dislike: Some how the original price went from $17 a day to $38
