Been renting cars for 14 years and this was the worst!

I had to stand in line 45 min to pick up the car. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, and seemed uncaring about people standing in line. One of the staff took his break, made personal phone call and ate while 10 people stood in line. Rude, very poor service at pick up counter.

We took a car that wasn't riding good, so we ad to come back and exchange the car for another. Car was ok but it was dirty inside. Don't think car went through cleaning and washing before renting it out.

Easy car was really easy to book and got a good price for the rental.

Took the car back and waited in the hot sun for about 45 minutes for the mechanic to fix the key fob. He fixed it temporarily and the back cover and battery fell out of the fob, broken key fob. Wouldn’t rent from Fox again.

The Fox salesman did try to sell us a lot of stuff that we did not need. He tried to sell us the upgrade for an additional $375.00. Then when there was only one full size car on the lot, they gave us a "roomier" SUV.

Easyrent cars gave us a killer price and i will use them again if at all possible. Good Work!

The car was in terrible condition. It had 46,000 miles on it and did not look at all like the car I picked online. Then when I went to pick-up the asked it I wanted them to fill it up it was cheaper than at pump. They charged me twice as much for gas when I looked at my statement. I hate this company.
