Pick-up and drop-off were very smooth. The staff were professional and communicated well in English!

The vehicle provided was a hybrid although the hybrid option was not explained so did not use. The car upgrade was very satisfactory

I felt that their purpose was to get extra money from me. I told them I might go to the neighboring country and they said I would have to pay an extra $224 euros for insurance. She told me it was on page 8 of the contract in extra fine print. Then when I returned the car, I was charged 30 euros for a scratch below the car. He pointed out very minor scratches around the car. Again, like he was searching for a way to get extra money. It was very uncomfortable.
