The car pickup was convenient, and there was no push to purchase insurance. Even with limited English, the process was easy to complete. The staff had a great service attitude.
The staff were quite friendly and helpful. They patiently and professionally explained issues such as refueling, toll roads, and roadside assistance. However, their store phone is never answered.
They gave me a lower-grade car when I picked it up. I only realized this at the parking lot and had to go back to the service desk to confirm the order! After a few minutes of broken English communication, he admitted that he looked at the wrong order! There were no other customers at the service desk when I was being served! The old man was really sly! It wasted a lot of time.
