Super friendly staff, not crowded!

I followed the staff's instructions, parked the car properly, and returned it. Yet they claimed I didn't return the car and charged me.

Hertz is after all a big company with many customers. I arrived at the store at 7:20 AM and there were already two customers in line. Fortunately, the store is big enough to accommodate three customers at the same time. The staff patiently explained the entire rental process and showed no dissatisfaction when I declined the recommended options. They even personally directed me to the window to demonstrate how to pick up the car at the parking building across the street. Very thoughtful. Thumbs up!!

Service of Hertz Melbourne was excellent ! They're really helpful to guide us on the step by step process to pick up & drop off the car.
