The service was excellent, with no unnecessary upselling. I have rented cars from Europcar several times before.

The car condition and the rental company were quite good, but returning the car was a bit challenging. The actual drop-off location was not the same as mentioned in the QEEQ app. The previous location was closed, and now it is in an outdoor parking lot near the airport. There is also some walking distance to the airport terminal, making it less convenient than before.

they aggressively pushed to add full insurance for a very expensive rate, saying that if not most likely "the parking lot agent will find a damage" and added 61€ per day

We were quite anxious as foreigners because we were warned about the car needing maintenance right after picking it up. Why didn’t they maintain it beforehand?
