We initially thought there would be a staff member who spoke Chinese, but later realized there was just a counter. The staff behind the counter didn’t understand Chinese at all, so we had to communicate with our limited English. The communication wasn’t great, but it didn't affect the car rental.

They said there were no gas stations within 10 blocks and refueling there would be more convenient. In the end, I used only half a tank, but they charged for a full tank.
