I was offered alternate vehicle

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.

The car was pretty old, the pick up driver/counter service didn’t answer the phone until 45 minutes after our arrival (and 15 after our scheduled pickup time), pickup ended up being an hour late, and the rental lot was in a corner of an industrial park by the airport.

Car was cheap but a dump, I thought I'd be getting a swift but instead got a very old paddock basher. I guess I get what I paid for, but ...

The drop off time was amazingly fast and easy. The pick up was very fast also, just a bit more communication would have been nice so that the person actually know whats happening next. like 'ill just get your car' or 'ill get this person here to prepare your car'' go with him'. instead of just leaving the person there like an idiot wondering whats happening.
