Service is professional. They will recommend insurance but inform you that it's part of the process, without pushing it, which makes it comfortable.

The service from the staff was good. They informed us about the car's condition, fuel level, and other important details. Although they mildly promoted their 'all-inclusive insurance' product, it wasn't pushy, which was acceptable.

But the right rear tire sensor was found malfunctiin and spare tire was bursted was not awared. Flattened tire in 2 times and required towing and replacement of one new tire. Fortunately, after negotiation with Procar , they agreed to took full responsibility, and return ine day rental fee.
