I clearly booked a Grand Cherokee but got a Wrangler instead. It was really uncomfortable for five people. If I had known, I would have rented a sedan, which is more spacious and economical! The line for picking up the car was very long, but returning the car was quick.

When we went to pick up the car, we had already completed the rental process and printed out the car rental order from China. However, the procedure took over 20 minutes. After paying the remaining balance and signing the documents, the agent was about to leave the counter. While organizing our documents, I realized my international driver's license translation was missing. We called the agent, but he ignored us. We searched through all possible luggage but couldn't find it. When we asked other staff members to help us locate the agent who assisted us, they informed us he had already left for the day. We insisted on reviewing the surveillance footage and finally discovered that my international driver's license translation was stuck underneath the computer keyboard. We wasted almost an hour at the pick-up location. There was no warm service, only frustration and anger!

The process went smoothly. I bought insurance in advance, and the store did not push for additional purchases. However, there were no snow tires or similar equipment. Be careful when driving in snowy areas like Banff. The car was in great condition, so it was safe to drive in the snow.

It was not the reserved vehicle, and there seemed to be no option to choose another. The rental company just brought a car at the scheduled time, handed over the keys, and that was it. No room for negotiation. One word: 'resigned.'

The car pickup from Vancouver airport was very slow, taking nearly an hour. They gave us a brand new car, which was in excellent condition and had driven less than 3000 kilometers without any issues. Returning the car was extremely easy. The staff had a good attitude.
